It should be noted that grinding bars after rounding cannot ensure that they are all evenly distributed, so it is still necessary to pre-grind some workpieces for correction.
2) The quality of the workpiece fixture will also seriously affect the roundness and cylindrical degree. The fixture must be calibrated, and the coaxiality and verticality with the spindle should not be greater than 0.02.
3) The column degree is also related to the itinerary of your school, so you should pay attention to the adjustment.
