High-precision cold-drawn pipe is a type of steel pipe, that is, it is classified according to different production processes, which is different from hot-rolled (expanded) pipe. It is processed through multiple passes of cold drawing during the diameter expansion process of the raw tube blank or raw material pipe, usually on a 0.5 to 100T single-chain or double-chain cold drawing machine.

The outer diameter of thin-walled pipes can reach 5mm and the wall thickness is less than 0.25mm. The accuracy and surface quality are better than hot-rolled (expanded) pipes, but due to process constraints, their caliber and length are limited.
